Karley Bae ("Skasha") is a Korean–Puerto Rican animation director, manhwaga, 2D/3D animator, and cross-media storyteller. She is credited as the Creator & Showrunner of OUTLIER, an upcoming prestige animated drama and manhwa currently in active development through Studio Kane’s proprietary hybrid 2.5D production pipeline.
With over a decade of experience spanning animation, visual development, narrative design, and production leadership, her work focuses on emotionally grounded character performance, cinematic storytelling, and culturally resonant worldbuilding.
Her creative philosophy blends Eastern artistic sensibilities with Western cinematic storytelling, resulting in productions designed to feel intimate, emotionally honest, and visually immersive.
