Empowering Teams Through Long-Standing Artistic Experience
Creative Leadership & Production Direction
As Founder & CEO of Studio Kane and Creator & Showrunner of OUTLIER, I oversee the creative and operational leadership behind a large-scale cross-media animated production currently in active development across animation, manhwa, music, interactive media, and long-form franchise planning.
My role spans narrative development, visual direction, animation supervision, voice performance direction, cinematic staging, production management, and cross-department coordination across an international team of artists, writers, animators, musicians, editors, and technical creatives.
I specialize heavily in performance-driven animation direction, emotionally grounded storytelling, and cinematic production workflows designed to bridge Eastern animation sensibilities with Western-style dramatic structure.
Through Studio Kane's proprietary hybrid 2.5D production methodology and voice-first pipeline, I actively guide projects from early ideation through final compositing and rollout strategy while maintaining cohesive artistic identity across every stage of development.
Beyond production oversight, I place strong emphasis on sustainable creative leadership, ethical production structures, and collaborative pipeline management. My approach prioritizes both artistic ambition and long-term team sustainability, ensuring creative talent is empowered within a structured, professional production environment.
